Creative visualization can be tremendously satisfying and effective. One of the most revolutionary things I have every done was to begin to imagine my life before I lived it. It literally changed my life. This is what you are going to do, and it's *easy!*

Money and time are no object.

Imagine that you have reached all of your goals. Imagine that you are at the peak of your personal and professional life. The alarm clock has begun to ring and you roll over and turn it off.

Where are you?
Who is in the bed with you? anyone?
What are you wearing?
What time is it?
What does the room look like? (interior designer or self decorated? what colors?)
What is the first thing you do? Shower? Go to the kitchen?
It's breakfast time, what do you eat?
Who is there? (kids, nanny, housekeeper, spouse, dog, cat??)
When do you dress?
Imagine it is a weekday, do you work?
When do you dress? What do you wear on a weekday?
Do you exercise in the morning? read the paper? what do you do before you leave for work?
Time for work, where are you? Do you work at home or go to an office?
If you don't work at home, do you drive? walk?
If you have kids, how do they get to school?
Where does your significant other go?
Who do you work with? Do you work alone?
What are your job duties? Meetings? Presentations? What is your day at work like?
What time do you lunch? Who with? What/where do you eat?
What is the afternoon like?
What time do you go home?
Where are the kids/spouse?
Do you go anywhere before you get home? The gym? The library? Meetings? Dinner with friends? A museum? What is that perfect evening if you can only choose one?
What time do you get home? How did you get there?
What do you eat for dinner? Who prepares it?
Where do you eat?
Did you change your clothes for dinner? Casual or dressy?
What do you drink?
Who eats dinner with you?
If applicable, what time do the kids go to bed? Who puts them to bed?
What happens after dinner? Video? Book? Work? A few hours alone with your significant other?
What time do you get ready for bed?
What do you wear to bed?
Is anyone with you in bed?
What time do you go to sleep?
