- What measurements do you want to be?
- Do you have a chronic health condition that you'd
like to get rid of?
- How much exercise would you like to do each week?
- Goals for exercising? (ex: running time or
distance, swimming laps, etc.)
- Do you want healthier hair? braces or whiter
teeth? glasses or contacts?
- Plastic surgery? Bob your nose, get a chin
implant?
- Manicure? Pedicure? How often? Weekly? Monthly?
- Hair cut? Grow your hair? Change your hair color?
- Diet goals? Cut out red meat? Become a vegan? Give
up caffeine? Take vitamins? Drink 8 glasses of water a day?
- Exercise equipment you want to own? Join a gym?
Get a personal trainer?
- How would you like to change your appearance?
